Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of middleware and integration initiatives for a large enterprise in Melbourne. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs within a complex environment.

You will oversee environment stand-up, coordinate deployment, engage senior stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology projects in enterprise settings.
• Strong track record with Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrades, migrations or transformations.
• Proven ability to stand up middleware/integration platforms and coordinate deployments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration environments, APIs, and related infra.
• Experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders in large organisations.
• Excellent governance, risk, and delivery management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of middleware upgrade, migration, and remediation projects.
• Manage Oracle Fusion Middleware initiatives, ensuring planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee middleware and integration platform stand-up activities, including environment establishment and deployment coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, infrastructure, application, and integration specialists.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change impacts across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure project deliverables are achieved within scope, budget, and timelines.
