You will own IT operations, manage external MSPs and vendors, collaborate with executives and the Board, and champion AI adoption to future-proof the business.

The Company is seeking a Head of IT Operations to take on a newly created senior technology role with a focus on multi-site IT operations. This standalone position is pivotal in bridging the gap between technology and the wider business, with a key responsibility for shaping the technology roadmap, leading projects, and driving improvements across 16 locations. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of ensuring the security, reliability, and effectiveness of the technology environment, while also looking to the future and identifying how technology can better support the business. The role involves owning IT operations, managing external MSP and technology vendors, leading technology projects, and driving AI adoption and technology improvements.We are looking for a senior IT professional who is adept at both the technical and business aspects of technology. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT operations, infrastructure, and vendor management, and be capable of managing external MSP and multiple technology vendors with confidence. Key skills include the ability to understand and address technology gaps, lead projects, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, take ownership, and effectively communicate technology initiatives to executive and Board-level stakeholders.
