Job summary

You will mentor junior technicians, lead high-level project delivery, and ensure clockwork stability and rapid incident mitigation in demanding client environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of senior IT infrastructure or enterprise support experience.
• MSP or multi-tenant environment experience preferred.
• Valid AU Driver’s Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Advanced escalation management: diagnose and resolve high-impact hardware, hypervisor, or software failures within SLA.
• Network and edge hardening: configure, manage, and audit enterprise firewalls, switches, routing, and wireless perimeters.
