Job summary

The Missing Link in Australia is seeking a Senior IT Project Consultant to lead end-to-end IT project delivery across diverse industries. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to implement Microsoft 365, Azure, and security solutions, ensuring successful outcomes.

You'll guide teams, manage risks, and uphold MSP standards while staying current with emerging technologies. Flexible work arrangements and client-site opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong IT systems, software and infrastructure background.
• Implementation and deployment of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, Purview).
• Manage email/tenant migrations across M365, Google Workspace, Exchange On-Prem and Azure.
• Configure Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Teams Calling.
• Experience with Entra ID governance, access controls and CA.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end IT project delivery from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Deliver projects within a project management framework using best practices.
• Coordinate with service delivery and support for smooth BAU transition.
• Provide hands-on implementation and technical leadership across concurrent projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
• Build strong client, vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure documentation, change logs and project records are up to date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges, maintaining client confidence.
• Uphold MSP standards of quality, security, and customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Consultant to join our growing team. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Contribute to end-to-end IT project delivery - from planning to execution.
• Collaborate and influence internal teams and external partners.
• Deliver project within a project management framework using best practices.
• Coordinate with service delivery and support teams for smooth transition into BAU operations.
• Provide hands on implementation and technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, change logs, and project records are accurate and up to date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges efficiently, maintaining client confidence.
• Uphold MSP standards of quality, security, and customer experience across all project engagements.
• Proactively upskilling to stay current with emerging technologies.

• 5+ years' experience delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong technical background in IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
• Implementation and deployment of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, and Purview.
• Manage email and tenant migrations across M365, Google Workspace, Exchange On-Prem, and Azure environments.
• Configure and deploy Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Teams Calling.
• Experience with reviewing, improving, and governing Entra ID environments, including identity structure, access controls, Conditional Access, and role-based access management.
• Build and deploy Windows Defender Application Control, Identity Governance, and Global Secure Access solutions.
• Deliver Azure and on-premises infrastructure builds; including server, storage, networking, and Active Directory configurations.
• Support Identity Governance, PKI, and certificate management functions.
• Configure and deploy backup and recovery solutions.
• Hands on experience with OS hardening, analysing system impacts and remediations activities.
• Must have Microsoft certifications.
