Job summary

Wave International seeks an Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager to lead our IT team at the QV1 office in Perth CBD. You will provide technical leadership across our Microsoft platforms, ensure security maturity, and support a growing national business and project teams.

The role focuses on delivering robust infrastructure, cloud services and security programs while mentoring the IT team and partnering with the Service Desk to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading infrastructure and security teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender.
• Experience with Windows Server, networking and backup recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender.
• Lead delivery, support and improvement of infrastructure, networking, security and cloud services.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives and risk-reduction strategies.
• Ensure robust backup, recovery and disaster recovery capabilities.
