Job summary

Hudson in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business objectives with technology for a modernised Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The role guides requirements, process design and testing through to deployment and adoption.

You will map current processes, design to-be options, translate requirements into specs, and support change management post go-live across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial experience as a Business Analyst in a technology environment.
• BPMN experience with at least one BPM authoring tool.
• Proficiency in data modelling, prototyping and wireframing.
• Broad understanding of IT systems, databases, applications, networks and cloud services.
• Experience across a range of project types and sizes, from small and simple to large and complex.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to switch between teams and work streams.

Responsibilities

About the opportunity

A well-known Queensland not-for-profit organisation is modernising its core business systems, including a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform that brings services onto one unified system. The ICT team supports the whole organisation, and this program is central to how it will work in future. We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to connect business objectives with technology delivery. You’ll guide requirements, process design and testing through to a successful deployment and adoption.
