Job summary

Lounjee is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive enterprise Dynamics 365 CE/Finance & Operations initiatives in Brisbane. You will lead analysis across D365, Power Platform and related systems, partnering with stakeholders to shape future-state processes and digital transformation.

You will mentor junior analysts and contribute to capability uplift while delivering governance and improvements across customer-facing platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large, complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environments.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O and related enterprise systems.
• Experience across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities.
• Experience supporting application enhancement, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend sustainable business and technology improvements.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to the uplift of business analysis capability across the organisation.

Job Description

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing a suite of enterprise applications, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), Power Platform solutions and associated customer-facing systems. The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large and complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) environments.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and associated enterprise systems.
• Experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities.
• Experience supporting application enhancement, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to confidently influence stakeholders and navigate complex business challenges.
• Previous experience within government, highly regulated or customer-centric environments will be highly regarded
