Job summary

Practicepeople is seeking a skilled technology and intellectual property lawyer with 4+ years PQE to advise on complex tech projects and outsourcing arrangements for public and private sector clients. You will work across IP, privacy, AI, and emerging technology regulation, drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements while guiding clients through transformative business initiatives.

Qualifications

At least 4 years PQE in private practice with strong academics and exceptional drafting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong commercial judgment, ability to simplify complex concepts into practical advice.
Collaborative and intellectually curious lawyer with interest in technology, innovation, AI and emerging legal/regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

Advise on complex technology projects, outsourcing arrangements and technology-driven commercial transactions for public and private sector clients.
Work across matters including IP, privacy, AI and emerging technology regulation.
Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements while supporting clients through transformational business and technology initiatives.
