Job summary

Practicepeople is seeking an experienced technology and intellectual property lawyer to advise on complex technology projects, outsourcing and tech-driven transactions for both public and private sector clients.

You will handle IP, privacy, AI, and emerging technology regulation matters, drafting sophisticated agreements and guiding clients through transformational initiatives with a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years post-qualification experience in private practice
• Strong academics and exceptional drafting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and intellectually curious with interest in technology and AI

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex technology projects, outsourcing arrangements and tech-driven commercial transactions for public and private sector clients
• Work across related matters including IP, privacy, AI and emerging tech regulation
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements and support clients through transformational initiatives
