Job summary

Practicepeople is seeking a skilled technology and intellectual property lawyer with 4+ years PQE to advise on complex tech projects and outsourcing arrangements for public and private sector clients. You will work across IP, privacy, AI, and emerging technology regulation, drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements while guiding clients through transformative business initiatives.

• You will ideally have at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in private practice, together with strong academics and exceptional drafting skills.
