CommBank is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer who will lead native iOS development, mentor engineers, and shape modular, scalable mobile architectures. You will drive code quality, performance, accessibility, and security while aligning with product roadmaps and DevSecOps practices.

You will collaborate with backend, AI, and platform teams to integrate Python-based LLM services into secure mobile experiences, and guide architectural decisions across the Mobile squad within Digital Crew.

Qualificações

• Experience leading native iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong understanding of iOS architecture patterns, concurrency, performance and security.
• Experience with monitoring, crash analytics and observability tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead native iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Uplift platform accessibility, performance, security and reliability.
• Follow Apple Human Interface Guidelines and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and ensure clean, tested Swift code.
• Make key architectural decisions and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with backend/AI/platform teams integrating Python-based LLM services.
