Job summary

Domain, part of the CoStar Group, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (iOS) to shape the technical direction of the iOS squad within the Property Research App team. You will define architectural blueprints, guide feature delivery, and mentor engineers to elevate engineering practices.

You will partner with Product, Design and Engineering to align roadmaps with business outcomes, ensure performance and quality, and drive innovation within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing native iOS apps.
• Experience leading delivery of major mobile features in engineering teams.
• Proven mentoring experience and improving engineering practices.
• Collaborates with Product, Design and Engineering to shape roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical direction of your squad and ensure scalable, resilient solutions.
• Lead design and implementation of architecture patterns translating vision into code.
• Own health and performance of services, optimise systems and reduce risk.
• Champion engineering excellence with testing, docs, code quality, and SDLC improvements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead platform-advancing innovations.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of learning and high performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical alignment and delivery.
• Act as a key technical advisor with risk management and business-focused decisions.
