You will manage end-to-end trade lifecycle across asset classes, ensuring accurate trade capture, settlement, and cash flows while collaborating with portfolio managers, fund accounting, custodians, and brokers.

You will oversee reconciliations, liquidity reporting, and operational controls, with exposure to regional teams and time-zone coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience in investment operations or middle-office roles.
• Experience with end-to-end trade lifecycle, including capture, matching, settlement, and cash flows.
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes and portfolio processing.
• Strong data-management and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external service providers.

Aufgaben

• Perform end-to-end trade lifecycle activities across regions, ensuring accurate processing and timely handovers.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, unmatched trades, and settlement issues with brokers and custodians.
• Oversee cash, position and market value reconciliations, corporate actions, income events and fees.
• Publish start-of-day cash and liquidity balances to inform investment decisions.
• Monitor funding and liquidity, escalate breaches, and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Support fund launches, product implementations, and mandate changes.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and risk controls.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and control documentation.
• Escalate material issues and drive remediation through closure.
