Qualifications

• Experience conducting workplace investigations with interviewing, analytical and report writing skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR management, employee relations or related field.
• Ability to independently manage a large and varied caseload and provide timely, strategic advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of conduct matters and report on complaints and probity issues.
• Develop training and provide expert advice to managers on handling issues and KPIs.
• Strengthen ethical work standards and conduct across the organisation.
• Conduct and review complex internal investigations.
• Provide accurate briefs, submissions and advice within tight timeframes.
