Job summary

Qualifications

• AQF degree or higher in business, commerce or accounting.
• At least 3 years’ hands-on internal auditing experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to create reports using financial data.
• Excellent analytical and math skills.
• Very detail oriented.
• Proven commercial acumen.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Examine, verify, evaluate and report on financial, operational and managerial processes to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Assist in business process reviews, risk assessments, developing deliverables and reporting.
• Participate in evaluating the cost effectiveness and risks of operational processes, activities, policies and systems.
• Report to management on the existence and effectiveness of the internal controls.
• Establish audit objectives and design and implement audit methodologies and report criteria.
