Wise is expanding its internal audit capability and seeks an Internal Audit Senior Manager to lead audits, strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls across the organisation.

You will coordinate audits, develop the annual plan, and build a self-sufficient team while traveling to different offices as needed.

This role offers impact in a fast-paced, data-driven fintech environment with opportunities to shape audit methodologies.

Formación

• At least 9 years of experience in assurance, risk or control roles, ideally in fintech.
• Experience in financial crime is a must (7+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.

• Coordinate internal audits and deliver recommendations to improve governance and controls.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IA team in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop continuous monitoring and automated audit routines.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across regions and functions.
