Great Southern Bank is seeking a Senior Manager - Project Audit to provide independent assurance over strategic initiatives and ensure strong governance, risk management and accountability.

As a member of Internal Audit leadership, you will partner with executives and sponsors to deliver trusted insights that strengthen decision-making and project outcomes while mentoring colleagues and enhancing audit methodologies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project audit, project assurance or similar governance/risk role.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, risk management and controls.
• Experience providing independent challenge and assurance to executives and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead independent project and programme audits across the enterprise portfolio.
• Develop and enhance Internal Audit project audit methodology.
• Assess project governance, delivery risks, controls and programme performance.
• Provide clear, practical assurance recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Identify themes and emerging risks and escalate insights to the Bank.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and delivery leaders.
• Present audit outcomes to leadership and governance forums.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement of Audit practices.
