Scyne Advisory Pty is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to lead engagements across public sector and not-for-profit clients. You will develop audit plans, supervise fieldwork, and deliver high-quality reports while mentoring junior staff.

The role offers hybrid working in Australia, with opportunities to influence governance, risk and compliance programs across multiple sectors. A strong background in internal controls and CISA/CIA-type certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated internal audit and risk experience, leading the delivery of internal audit engagements or programs.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessments and audit methodologies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal audit engagements for public-sector or professional services clients.
• Develop strategic internal audit plans and oversee fieldwork and testing.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to practice development.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional collaboration within the national team and local office.
