Scyne Advisory in Melbourne is seeking Senior Associates & Managers to join our Internal Audit team. You will lead and deliver internal audit engagements for public purpose clients, shaping governance, risk management and controls in the public sector.

You'll manage multi-client programs, mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership and tender responses, working within a values-driven, flexible and inclusive culture in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated internal audit and risk experience.
• CIA qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver internal audit projects.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of internal audit and risk management methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication for audit reports and presentations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on trends.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of internal audit engagements and programs across multiple clients.
• Leading internal audit engagement teams and ensuring high-quality audits.
• Developing relationships with client stakeholders including line and executive management.
• Collaborating with the national internal audit practice and other services.
• Providing expertise on risk management, governance, processes and compliance.
• Developing junior team members through on-the-job training.
• Supporting business development and tender responses with thought leadership.
