Job summary

Hassell in Sydney seeks an experienced Interior Designer Associate to shape the future of our Interior Design team. You will lead projects, mentor designers and drive growth while balancing client engagement with team development.

You will guide project teams from concept to delivery across workplace, education, health, hospitality and science sectors, and collaborate with Hassell's Australian studios to strengthen studio culture and design excellence.

Qualifications

Experience managing client relationships and project delivery outcomes.
Track record delivering high-quality workplace projects.
Strong design, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical confidence and understanding of project delivery processes.
Revit capability and experience leading documentation teams.
Collaborative leadership style and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex interior design projects across workplace, education, health, hospitality and science sectors.
Support leadership, capability building and studio culture.
Provide leadership from concept through to delivery.
Mentor Interior Designers across career stages.
Build relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
Support business development and future project opportunities.
Champion design quality, technical excellence and project performance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Hassell's Australian studios.
