Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in an intelligence, risk, or comparable operational environment.
• Ability to interpret complex information and provide high-quality advice to senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple agencies and partner organisations.
• Experience in a law enforcement, intelligence, offender management, or public safety setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Intelligence and Risk function, setting priorities and directing resources.
• Provide authoritative intelligence and risk advice to senior leadership.
• Oversee delivery and quality of intelligence and risk services to support offender management outcomes.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate actions.
