Job summary

Victoria Police is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst within the Offender Management Division to lead and deliver intelligence outputs for complex offender cohorts. The role requires collaboration with sworn officers and multi-agency partners, plus mentoring VPS3 analysts and ensuring quality assurance across intelligence products.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of the Offender Management Division's Intelligence & Risk Leadership team.
• Compile tactical, operational and strategic intelligence products.
• Provide coaching and mentorship for OMD VPS3 Intelligence Analysts.
• Quality assurance for all intelligence outputs produced by the OMD Intelligence & Risk Team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners.
