Job summary

The Onset is seeking a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to own the design and delivery of customer integrations across our SaaS platform in Australia. You’ll work directly with customers to understand how their systems operate, design the integration approach, configure and test solutions, and take implementations through to go-live.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Product and Engineering, running workshops, translating requirements into technical designs, and guiding integrations

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience delivering SaaS, software or system integration projects.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical implementations.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and common integration patterns.
• Hands-on SQL experience and translating business logic into system configuration.
• Comfortable troubleshooting integrations and data issues.
• Able to run workshops and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Run customer workshops to understand workflows, systems and integration requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
• Design integration approaches across APIs, platform configuration and custom workflows.
• Configure, test and troubleshoot integrations.
• Work hands-on with REST APIs, SQL, data models and low-code workflow tools.
• Manage implementations from solution design through UAT and production.
• Coordinate with third-party integration partners.
• Support customers through upgrades, changes and post-production issues.
• Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Product and Engineering.
• Manage customer expectations and recommend the right technical approach where requirements need to be challenged.
