Qualifications

• 3+ years post-admission experience in insurance litigation or related field.
• Experience handling defendant liability, CTP, public liability, historical abuse or workers' compensation matters.
• Strong litigation, drafting, negotiation and file management skills.
• Confidence managing matters with appropriate autonomy and good client communication.
• Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of defendant insurance litigation files and strategies.
• Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements with clients and insurers.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the team's ongoing development.
