Allura Partners is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for a General Insurance role based in Sydney. You will bridge local stakeholders and an offshore BA team, shaping requirements for new product launches while mentoring a junior team member.

The position is a 12-month contract with hybrid work, roughly three days per week in the Sydney CBD office. You will work across underwriting, claims, finance and operations to deliver value.

Competenze

• Senior Business Analyst with experience in general insurance, preferably commercial lines.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and user stories.
• Experience supporting product launches or operating model change.

Mansioni

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with offshore IT BA teams.
• Facilitate workshops across business and technology groups and support roadmap prioritisation.
• Plan and support testing of releases (UAT, defect triage, hypercare).
• Liaise with offshore teams and vendors on change requests and scope.
• Mentor junior BA and update procedures, maps and training.
