• Strong background delivering solutions end-to-end across multiple projects.
• Agile delivery (user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning).
• Experience supporting solution validation through functional testing and UAT.

About the role

Senior Business Analyst | Insurance SaaS | Permanent, full time | Sydney, Hybrid, $145k + super

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering customer solutions across a modern insurance technology environment.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves the craft of business analysis — discovery, requirements, functional design, stakeholder alignment — and who wants to work closely with customers and delivery teams to bring complex solutions to life.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end analysis across customer engagements, including:

• Leading discovery and requirements workshops with customer stakeholders

• Producing functional documentation and process models to guide delivery
• Working closely with delivery, engineering, product and QA teams to ensure shared understanding

What we’re looking for

Essential experience

Nice to have

• Exposure to integrations, reporting, automation, or data flows in insurance
• BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile certifications (Scrum Master)
