Job summary

NEC Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Solution Architect focused on Infrastructure. You will lead end‑to‑end enterprise infrastructure designs, combining HPE, Cisco, Aruba and Fortinet tech across on‑prem, hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.

You will drive pre‑sales and delivery activities, engage stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior team members while delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years architectural experience designing and delivering complex IT infrastructure solutions.
• Proven experience with HPE server and storage platforms, Cisco networking, and Aruba, Fortinet technologies.
• Experience installing, configuring, and integrating infra across on‑prem, hybrid, and multi‑cloud environments.
• Ability to lead pre‑sales engagements and delivery phases with technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure solution design for enterprise environments.
• Own both pre‑sales engagements and project delivery activities.
• Develop cost models, solution scopes, and architecture documentation.
• Mentor associate architects or engineers and support capability uplift.
• Influence clients and sales teams to drive solution adoption.
