Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years in relevant work experience.
• Experience with contracts, deliverables, and project compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scope definition, and stakeholder coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes with appropriate governance and mitigation.
• Monitor safety and quality compliance by contractors and project teams.
• Prepare tender documentation and participate in bid evaluations and contract awards.
