Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10–17 years of relevant experience (or 14–17 years depending on project scope).
• Experience managing major infrastructure and aviation projects.
• Experience working with and managing contracts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership delivery in a large organisation.
• Knowledge of BIM environments, MS Office and related databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team monitoring contractor planning, safety, quality, construction, workplace relations, testing and turnover.
• Manage key stakeholder and third-party interfaces through all delivery stages including ORAT.
• Ensure contractor compliance with project policies, site rules and schedules.
• Participate in bid processes including RFT documentation and award recommendations.
