Job summary

Aurecon Group in Darwin seeks a Senior Project Manager/Consultant to lead multiple infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle, from inception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, designers and contractors, applying PMBOK-based processes and managing budgets and risks in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field as stated.
• Australian citizenship and AGSVA security clearance eligibility.
• Hold a valid driver's licence.
• Deliver infrastructure/capital projects across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects supporting Project Directors or Program Leaders from inception to completion.
• Represent client interests through oversight and coordination of project delivery.
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects and work packages.
• Occasional short-term site travel to rural Northern Territory sites.
• Develop and manage activities aligned with PMBOK and best practices.
• Coordinate design, procurement and delivery activities across stakeholders.
• Administer contracts and manage commercial matters for the client.
• Proactively manage risk, cost, schedule and quality outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships and mentor junior team members.
