D'P Management is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple building and infrastructure initiatives across the Northern Territory, including health, police, corrections and education sectors. You will drive planning, procurement, design, construction, commissioning and handover with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualificações

• At least 8 years’ experience delivering building, civil or infrastructure projects.
• Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture or related discipline.
• Experience managing projects through multiple phases of delivery.
• Strong client, stakeholder and consultant management.
• Experience in health, police, corrections, education or government projects preferred.
• Ability to work in live, operational or security-sensitive environments.
• Commercial awareness and delivery focus.
• Knowledge of design, procurement and construction processes.
• Excellent written communication and governance skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and leadership through complexity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex building and infrastructure projects in the Northern Territory.
• Manage projects in health, education, justice and secure facilities.
• Be the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities, operators and end users.
• Establish project governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks.
• Manage programme, budget, scope, quality, procurement and risk.
• Plan project staging to minimise disruption to essential services and facility operations.
• Navigate complex stakeholder, security, safety, probity and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear, strategic advice throughout planning and delivery.
• Support project commissioning, operational readiness and handover.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong delivery culture.
• Support business development, client retention and growth of D'P Management.
