Job summary

Talenza is seeking a senior, hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to support, administer and improve core server and virtualization infrastructure. Focus areas include Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware and security remediation, with a balance of BAU tasks and project work in a complex enterprise environment.

You will collaborate with Architecture and Cyber Security teams while contributing to infrastructure design, documentation and rollout of improvements across the stack.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on Infrastructure Engineer with broad experience across Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Role requires delivering BAU support, infrastructure improvement, security remediation and project work.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with ITIL/change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Administering and supporting enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Managing VMware vSphere/vCenter environments and performing ESXi upgrades.
• Supporting VMware hardening and security remediation initiatives.
• Remediating infrastructure vulnerabilities from security assessments.
