Job summary

HiTech Personnel is seeking Senior Infrastructure Engineers / Technical Leads for a leading Federal Government organisation in Canberra. You will support ICT infrastructure modernisation, migration, and transformation programs across enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, backup and end-user computing, with hybrid working arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware)
• Proven ability to deliver infrastructure modernisation and platform refresh
• Experience in secure, highly regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build and modernise enterprise infra platforms across compute, storage, virtualization, backup, networking and end-user computing.
• Lead infrastructure migration, platform refresh, integration, testing and cutover activities.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation and engage with architects, cyber security specialists, vendors and operational teams to ensure successful delivery and service transition.
• Ensure successful delivery and service transition in secure environments.
