• Managing scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risks, issues, procurement, governance and reporting.
• Overseeing project activities across ICT infrastructure projects using established methodologies.
• Facilitating and supporting delivery teams to achieve objectives.
• Maintaining appropriate systems development methods, tools and techniques.
• Tracking costs, timelines, quality and resources, taking corrective action.
• Ensuring deliverables meet time and cost constraints.
• Documenting a management plan to realise benefits.
• Developing strong relationships with key management personnel and internal client base.
