Job summary

Clicks is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise infrastructure across servers, virtualization, networking, cloud and data centre environments in Canberra, ACT. The role requires Baseline security clearance and a till 30 June 2027 contract with extensions.

You will lead infrastructure projects, manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and related tools, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver results across

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Experience with Hyper-V, VMM, SCCM or SCOM is required.
• Networking experience including DNS/DHCP, routing and switching.
• Exposure to firewalls, load balancers and gateway technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers in data centre environments.
• Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, migrations and capacity planning.
• Ability to design, deploy and troubleshoot complex infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain and upgrade infrastructure and virtualised environments.
• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure projects and complex environments.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V/VMM, SCCM, SCOM, DNS and DHCP.
• Support enterprise networking, firewalls, load balancing and secure gateway technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive performance improvements.
• Support data centre operations, migrations, capacity planning and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, SOPs and technical specifications.
• Work with internal teams, vendors and service providers to deliver infrastructure outcomes.
• Support infrastructure across geographically distributed environments.
