Qualifications

• Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR) with coding in object-oriented languages.
• Deep functional and business knowledge of Energy & Utilities and Telecommunications, preferably in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Experience guiding customers and project members in deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally depending on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for engagements by coordinating multiple architects and aligning with customers.
• Guide evaluation of business and technical requirements and shape project vision.
• Mentor diverse teams including customers, partners, and internal staff in technical delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Services with prospective customers.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to grow capabilities and enterprise brand.
