Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors, apply ITIL governance, and lead post-incident reviews to address root causes and drive continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major incident responses across complex IT environments.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of P1/P2 incidents across a complex IT environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors to restore services quickly.
• Provide 24/7 on-call leadership and ensure continuity of Incident Management coverage.
• Drive post-incident reviews, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions.
• Support ongoing improvement of incident management processes and service resilience.
