Compas Pty Ltd in Australia seeks a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manager to lead ILS activities ensuring sustainment and operational readiness for complex mission-critical systems. The role requires coordinating lifecycle support with engineering, operations and project teams on a 12-month contract with extension options.

Candidates must have a TSPV or TSPA clearance, be an Australian citizen, and understand defence environments.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in ILS, sustainment management or logistics engineering.
• Experience developing ILS or sustainment programs for complex systems.
• Strong capability analysing supportability data and identifying risks.
• Experience developing acquisition and support documentation within Defence environments.

QLD, ACT, VIC | Senior ILS Manager – Integrated Logistics Support | TSPV/TSPA Cleared Support the sustainment and operational readiness of complex mission-critical systems as a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manager. This role is suited to an experienced ILS, sustainment or logistics engineering professional who can coordinate lifecycle support activities, analyse supportability performance and work closely with engineering, operations and project teams.

Location: QLD, ACT or VIC. Work Arrangement: Onsite. Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options. Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV or TSPA clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
