Job summary

Planitar is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our Melbourne team. You will be the go-to resource helping iGUIDE customers navigate hardware, capture and processing workflows, and the Portal with clear, confident guidance.

You’ll diagnose issues, assist onboarding and training, and contribute to internal docs while collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve the user experience. This hybrid role aligns with REA Group’s property tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact for customer support via phone, email, and tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with iGUIDE hardware, capture, processing, and Portal.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation to Engineering or Product teams.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs and knowledge base articles.
