Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Principal – Identity Security to join its global Cyber Security team.

This senior role combines architecture, governance and hands-on leadership across Microsoft Entra ID, AD and hybrid identity in large, regulated environments. You will partner with multiple domains to deliver secure identity solutions, strengthen access controls and support enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in identity and access management (IAM) or related security fields.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM in large, complex environments.
• Proven track record leading identity security initiatives and architecture reviews.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, AD and hybrid identity.
• Experience with PAM, CA, SSO and modern authentication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for enterprise identity security architecture and governance.
• Define enterprise identity security strategy, standards and roadmaps.
• Lead design and implementation of Entra ID, AD, hybrid identity and authentication services.
• Strengthen IAM capabilities including CA, MFA, passwordless and PIM.
• Establish identity governance and privileged access controls enterprise-wide.
• Provide architectural oversight for federation, workloads and certificates.
• Collaborate with cyber security, cloud, infra and apps teams on secure identity solutions.
• Lead identity security initiatives including migrations and major tech projects.
• Improve threat detection, monitoring and automation using Microsoft tools.
