Job summary

GBG is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Identity Verification, Biometrics, Fraud, and Regulatory Compliance solutions for enterprise accounts in APAC. You will guide onboarding, validate requirements, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful adoption and outcomes.

You will mentor teams, drive delivery governance, and enable customers to maximise value from GBG's solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex software/SaaS implementations for enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of identity, biometrics, fraud, or regulatory compliance projects is a plus.
• Ability to lead workshops, design discussions, and provide solution demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, onboarding, activation, and deployment for strategic/enterprise customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to capture customer requirements and translate them into designs.
• Coordinate delivery across Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Mentor consultants and drive best practices for implementation and delivery.
