Job summary

GBG Plc is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end deployment of identity, biometric, fraud, and regulatory solutions for major customers in the APAC region. You will work with Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.

You will guide discovery workshops, translate business requirements into robust implementation plans, and drive best-practice delivery while mitigating risks and ensuring customer

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex software/SaaS implementations for enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences.
• Experience planning, scheduling, risk management, and governance for customer implementations.
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, onboarding, activation, and deployment for strategic customers.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into designs.
• Design, configure, test, and validate implementations per GBG best practices.
• Act as primary implementation lead for engagements and provide expert guidance.
• Educate customers on GBG products and solutions to maximise value.
