Job summary

Bytewize is looking for highly experienced IT professionals to deliver technical support to Victorian schools through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). These roles are contract, casual or permanent in Victoria, Australia.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of ICT experience, including TSSP or education-sector work, and will manage school ICT infrastructure, staff and students, and enterprise environments. Salary is $80,000–$110,000 pro-rata with top rates and salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including in TSSP or education sector.
• Not entry-level positions; requires substantial ICT expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT PD when required.
