Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a Manager, Sunshine Coast DPT to lead delivery of high-quality ICT services, applying IT service management processes, maintaining the ICT Service Catalogue, and overseeing ICT asset management within the Digital Partnership Team.

You will drive continuous service improvement through best-practice frameworks, policies and standardised work practices, while developing strategies and budgets and providing strategic advice to executives.

Qualifications

• Senior ICT management experience in a large, complex service delivery organisation.
• Ability to develop and implement plans, strategies, policies and procedures for ICT services.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and consultation skills.
• Financial stewardship of IT assets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ICT services with standardised practices and service levels.
• Oversee the Digital Partnership Team's budget and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures for ICT services.
• Foster relationships with Hospital and Health Service executives and other stakeholders.
