Queensland Health is seeking a seasoned Manager, Sunshine Coast DPT to lead the delivery of ICT services, ensuring consistent IT service management and governance across the Digital Partnership Team. What you'll doAs the Manager, Sunshine Coast DPT, you will lead the delivery of high-quality ICT services by ensuring consistent application of eHealth Queensland IT service management processes, maintaining knowledge of the ICT Service Catalogue, and overseeing the effective management of ICT assets within the Digital Partnership Team. You will drive a culture of continuous service improvement by implementing best practice frameworks, policies and processes, standardising work practices, and ensuring services meet or exceed defined enterprise service levels. The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures that support the provision of ICT services aligned to customer and organisational needs, while fostering productive relationships with Hospital and Health Service executives, clinicians, business managers and other key stakeholders.
