Queensland Health, through eHealth Queensland, seeks a Manager, Sunshine Coast DPT, to lead the delivery of high-quality ICT services by applying IT service management processes, maintaining the ICT Service Catalogue, and overseeing asset management within the Digital Partnership Team.

You will drive continuous service improvement, implement policies and procedures, standardise work practices, and ensure services meet enterprise service levels.

Qualifications

• High level management and leadership skills in an ICT environment for a large, complex service delivery organisation.
• Ability to develop and implement plans, strategies, policies and procedures for ICT services.
• High level experience in delivering ICT services and support.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiations and consultations skills.
• Financial stewardship of IT assets and resources.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of high-quality ICT services with consistent application of IT service management processes.
• Maintain knowledge of the ICT Service Catalogue and oversee ICT assets management.
• Drive continuous service improvement through best practice frameworks, policies and processes.
• Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures aligned to customer and organisational needs.
• Provide high-level strategic advice on workforce capability, capacity and service delivery requirements.
