Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science, information systems, cyber security or related discipline, or substantial equivalent experience.
• Senior ICT management experience covering operations, service delivery, systems reliability, cyber governance, infrastructure stewardship and improvement.
• Experience managing service continuity, readiness, escalation, incident response and disaster recovery with cyber security compliance.
• Experience managing ICT suppliers, contracts, licensing and specialist services.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT operations and service delivery across ARV, ensuring technology services are reliable, secure and aligned with organisational priorities.
• Manage ICT service continuity and operational readiness, including winter readiness, escalation pathways, leave coverage and resource allocation.
• Lead and support the ICT team, setting workload priorities, service standards and supporting capability development.
• Oversee cyber security governance and ICT risk, including VPDSS compliance monitoring, disaster recovery planning, incident readiness and evidentiary record-keeping.
• Manage ICT suppliers and service providers, including technology contracts, vendor performance, licensing arrangements and support agreements.
