Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in program and project management and strategic planning across large ICT portfolios.
• Proven skills in financial management, procurement, reporting, and contract management.
• Strong vendor negotiation, commercial advisory, and investment planning capabilities.
• Experience with ICT cost governance, investment prioritisation, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication in complex government contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and governance of ICT operating and capital budgets, forecasting and reporting.
• Provide strategic sourcing, procurement and commercial advice for ICT programs.
• Support vendor negotiations and develop long-term value strategies.
• Develop and maintain ICT financial governance, cost management and control frameworks.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and mitigate identified risks.
• Oversee infrastructure refresh planning, licensing strategies, workforce planning and prioritisation.
• Create procurement documents, business cases, financial reports and portfolio artefacts.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors and government representatives.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership and executives.
• Lead program delivery, performance reporting, benefits realisation tracking and continuous improvement.
