Job summary
Ausgreen Solar Solutions is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to lead the delivery and ongoing management of Service Hub, integrating with Odoo CRM across NSW & ACT. This full-time role offers a chance to shape digital transformation for a growing renewable energy company.
You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, manage the backlog with offshore developers, and support releases and BAU.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as an IT/ICT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering business applications or software projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for Service Hub from requirements through to implementation.
- Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
- Define integration requirements between Odoo CRM, Service Hub and other systems.
- Define and document API requirements for integrations between Service Hub, Odoo CRM and other business systems.
- Analyse end-to-end data flows across CRM, Service Hub, middleware and connected applications.
- Track project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery progress.
