Job summary

EnergyAustralia is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support design and alignment for system integrations within our Customer Transformation Program. The role focuses on modernising core customer platforms, digital channels, and streamlined processes, with responsibilities spanning requirements, data flows, workshops, and test support.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are highly regarded.
• Experience translating complex requirements into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven BA experience on system integrations (APIs, data flows, cloud environments).
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments with strong facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, including presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of business requirements, user stories, and process flows for system integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical standards.
• Map and document data flows between core platforms, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimisation.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate integration designs.
• Support testing by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test cases.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, designs and delivered outcomes within the Customer Transformation roadmap.
